The Role

We are seeking a Front-End Engineer with strong expertise in building modern, performant web applications. You will be a core member of our Bengaluru engineering team, working closely with product managers, designers, and full-stack/AI engineers to craft intuitive, responsive, and reliable user experiences.

Responsibilities

• UI development: Build and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React + TypeScript .
• Design integration: Collaborate with product designers to translate Figma prototypes and customer workflows into production-ready interfaces.
• AI user experience: Work with full-stack engineers to embed AI features (e.g., chat, summarization, recommendations) directly into intuitive UI flows.
• Code quality: Write clean, reusable, and testable code with strong attention to performance and accessibility.
• Collaboration: Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies; share best practices with peers.
• Customer empathy: Advocate for user-centric design and iterate quickly based on customer feedback.
• Culture: Contribute to a strong, in-office, high-ownership engineering culture in Bengaluru.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Deep expertise in React + TypeScript and modern front-end tooling (Webpack/Vite, ESLint, Jest, etc.).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience working with APIs (REST/GraphQL) and integrating back-end services.
• Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
• Comfortable in early-stage environments: able to move fast, learn quickly, and make sound tradeoffs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; thrive in an in-office setting.

Bonus

• Experience building SaaS products with complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces.
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered user interfaces (LLM-driven chat, assistants, workflow automation).
• Knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3, Recharts, or similar).
• Background in energy, infrastructure, or enterprise platforms.
