1.Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Development Mentor to train and mentor

learners in building modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. The mentor will

focus on core frontend technologies, best practices, and hands-on project-based

learning aligned with current industry standards.

2.Experience Requirement:

Minimum 3+ years of teaching/training experience in Frontend Development

Industry experience is an added advantage

3.Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured training on Frontend Development fundamentals

Teach core technologies including:

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Modern JavaScript concepts (DOM, async programming)

Frontend frameworks/libraries (React fundamentals preferred)

Guide learners in building real-world frontend projects

Train learners on API integration and frontendbackend interaction

Explain UI/UX basics and accessibility standards

Conduct hands-on coding sessions, assignments, and assessments

Review code and provide actionable feedback

Help learners follow clean code, performance, and security best practices

Prepare students for frontend technical interviews

4.Required Skills:

Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Hands-on experience with React or similar frontend frameworks

Solid understanding of responsive design and browser internals

Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON

Experience using Git/GitHub

Excellent communication and mentoring skills
