In this role, you will help deliver our vision by implementing feature functionality in our front end applications. Youll drive development best practices in our Flutter code base and mentor other team members along the way. Your passion for crafting compelling customer experiences will allow you to thrive in this role.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of iOS and Android development platforms and how to implement intuitive user experiences in the Flutter framework. Youll also be able to transform the mobile interface into a similarly intuitive responsive Flutter web application. Youll be a strong advocate for simple, clean UX and help our product and design teams tackle complex healthcare experiences.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and test iOS, Android, and Web applications using Flutter

Contribute new ideas for feature and user experience enhancements

Collaborate with product management, architecture, and your cross-functional peers

Create a culture where teamwork is valued and risk taking is rewarded

Requirements

5+ years of mobile development experience, preferably in the Health Care and/or FinTech industries

2+ years of experience building mobile applications using Flutter with BLoC.

A passion for beautiful and intuitive UX

Experience working on an Agile team delivering changes to production many times per day

Experience using Git or other similar version control system

Experience implementing and consuming REST and Graph APIs
