Role**Frontend Developer

Required Technical Skill Set**Typescript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS, NodeJS, React, Angular, NextJS,

Desired Experience Range**4 to 10 years

Location of Requirement :Pune

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

1. Must have 5 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects
2. Knowledge and hands on experience in Fullstack technologies including Typescript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS, NodeJS, React, Angular, NextJS, Express/Fastify, MySQL
3. Experience in the scan, build and deployment tools such as Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, Kibana, Splunk, Dynatrace, SonarQube, Confluence, etc.
4. Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs, Onsite and Offshore teams
5. Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours

Good-to-Have

1. Exposure on AWS Cloud, Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management and P&C Insurance domain knowledge
2. Good understanding of RESTful APIs design and Swagger/Open API specification

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in both English languages to establish good coordination and communication with Customer, Onsite and Offshore teams

2 Ready to work in JST morning hours as required to extend the support for Application transition and stabilization phases of Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects

3 Actively involve in the primary responsibilities that include but not limited to:

• Develop and thoroughly unit-test the front-end and back-end applications
• Take architectural decisions and design scalable systems
• Continuously identify ways of enhancing and improving the existing applications
• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices, such as efficiency, testability, readability, maintainability, and style guide compliance

4 Actively contribute towards various Transformation initiatives (Process maturity, Devops automation, Security vulnerability remediation, etc.) to achieve the project goals

5 Mentoring and guiding junior team members while assigning and tracking the tasks for closure without any schedule, quality and cost slippages

6 Collaborate with backend, QA, UI/UX, and business teams to ensure seamless application integration and performance.

7 Enforce best practices for browser compatibility, code reusability, localization (English), and front-end security

8 Integrate APIs and backend services to support dynamic insurance data, calculations, and transactions.

9 Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.
