Angular Developer

Note: Shortlisting in L1 will require candidates to be present for a mandatory facetoface L2 interview at one of the designated locations: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai & Delhi.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Angular Developer with strong frontend architecture expertise and prior experience in banking/fintech environments. The ideal candidate should have exposure to application modernization or migration initiatives (e.g., legacy platforms, low-code platforms like OutSystems, or monolithic UI to Angular SPA). The role requires building secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications while ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable, secure web applications using Angular (v10+)

* Re-architect and modernize legacy UI applications into Angular-based SPAs

* Participate in application migration initiatives (e.g., low-code to Angular, legacy modernization)

* Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and enterprise backend systems

* Implement state management using RxJS / NgRx

* Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards (especially in banking/fintech environments)

* Develop reusable components and enforce frontend coding standards

* Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility

* Write unit and integration test cases

* Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

* Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams in Agile environments

* Support UAT and production stabilization during migration rollouts.

Required Technical Skills

* Strong hands-on experience with Angular (v10+)

* Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

* Solid understanding of SPA architecture and component-based design

* Experience with RxJS and reactive programming

* Experience integrating with RESTful services

* Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools

* Understanding of frontend security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, role-based access control)

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Preferred Experience (Highly Desirable)

* Experience in Banking / Financial Services / FinTech domain

* Exposure to regulatory and compliance-driven environments

* Hands-on experience in application migration or modernization projects

* Legacy UI to Angular migration

* Low-code (e.g., OutSystems) to Angular migration

* Monolithic to modular frontend architecture

* Knowledge of secure coding practices for financial applications

* Experience with micro-frontend architecture
