Alright TV is a micro-drama OTT platform built for immersive, short-form storytelling. We focus on high-engagement content experiences and design plays a central role in how users discover, watch, and stay.

Until now, weve worked with an external agency. Were now building an in-house design team to move faster, think deeper, and shape a stronger product identity with dynamic interface.

The Role:

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to build high-performance, responsive, and engaging user interfaces for Alright TV. You will be responsible for delivering seamless user experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frontend applications
• Build responsive and high-performance UI components
• Integrate backend APIs and ensure smooth data flow
• Optimize application performance for speed and scalability
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness
• Collaborate with design and backend teams
• Complete ownership of the frontend and related systems including design, development, deployment, performance and lifecycle management

Requirements:

• Experience in OTT, gaming, or media platforms preferred
• 35 years of frontend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and React
• Experience in API integration and state management
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques
• Familiarity with mobile-first design principles
• Experience with AI coding assistants like Claude Code/Cursor/Copilot
