What Youll Do

• Own the complete front-end development of the Proqsmart platform from prototypes to production.
• Buildmodern, scalable, and reusable React.js components and interfaces usingStorybook and best UI engineering practices.
• Document workflows , build interactive prototypes, and collaborate closely with backend engineers for seamlessAPI integration .
• Explore and evaluatenew tools and frameworks to continuously improve thefront-end development lifecycle .
• Writefront-end unit tests and maintain code quality through consistent review and automation.
• Translate design ideas intopixel-perfect, responsive, and intuitive experiences that users love.
• UseAI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and maintain top-notch quality.
• Communicate clearly share ideas, challenge assumptions, and work collaboratively in a high-context, tight-knit team.
• Thrive in ahigh-paced environment whereshipping features and solving problems quickly are valued over process for process sake.

What Were Looking For

• 13 years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
• Strong expertise inReact.js ,TypeScript ,Storybook , andcomponent-driven development .
• Passion forUI/UX you care deeply about creating delightful, frictionless user experiences.
• Experience integratingREST or GraphQL APIs with solid error handling and data management.
• Familiarity withJest, React Testing Library , or similar testing frameworks.
• Practical experience usingAI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) in your workflow.
• Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills you can explain technical ideas simply and make thoughtful design decisions.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience contributing to or maintaining adesign system .
• Exposure toFigma-to-code workflows orUI documentation .
• Prior experience inSaaS orenterprise workflow applications .
• Strong sense of ownership and product thinking.
