Role Description

Were hiring a Frontend Engineer (React) for a full-time, on-site role in Pune.

Youll work on a clinical web portal used daily by doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, building data-heavy, workflow-driven user interfaces that must be reliable, performant, and easy to use.

This is a hands-on product engineering role, not a cosmetic UI position.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain React.js applications for our clinical web platform
• Translate product requirements and workflows into clean, usable UI
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs
• Optimize applications for performance, usability, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, QA, and product teams
• Debug issues, fix bugs, and continuously improve UI quality
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve development speed and quality
• Deliver milestones on time with strong ownership and accountability

Requirements

• Strong experience with React.js
• Solid fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience building production-grade web applications
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
• Ability to understand product requirements and work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced product environment
• Strong English communication skills, as you will collaborate with cross-region teams

Nice to Have

• Experience building admin dashboards or enterprise portals
• Familiarity with frontend testing (Jest, component testing, etc.)
• Experience working closely with product managers and designers
• Prior experience in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated domains
