Description:

Key Responsibilities

Application Development: Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Next.js, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Performance Optimization: Optimizing applications for maximum speed, scalability, performance, and responsiveness across various devices and platforms. This includes leveraging Next.js-specific features like SSR, SSG, and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR).

Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers, to translate requirements and design mockups into functional, pixel-perfect user interfaces.

API Integration: Integrating third-party services, tools, and APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL) into the application for seamless data handling.

Code Quality & Maintenance: Writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code, adhering to best practices and participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging.

Documentation: Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and API specifications.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Core Technologies: Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Next.js & React Expertise: In-depth knowledge of React and the Next.js framework, including concepts like components, hooks, routing, data fetching, SSR, SSG, and ISR.

Styling Solutions: Experience with modern CSS frameworks/preprocessors like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Sass.

APIs & Databases: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and experience with integrating back-end services and potentially databases like MongoDB.

Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems, specifically Git and related workflows (merge requests, conflict resolution).

Testing: Knowledge of testing frameworks and libraries such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

Tools & Environment: Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn), browser-based debugging, and potentially cloud platforms/CI/CD pipelines (Vercel, AWS, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
