Job Title - Frontend Developer (HTML, CSS, Tailwind, Next.js)

Shift schedule - 5 PM - 2 AM IST (5 day onsite with no remote/hybrid option)

Location - Kharadi, Pune 411014

Youll collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to build scalable, SEO-friendly, and user-first web applications using Next.js and modern CSS frameworks.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Build high-performance, responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

Develop modern web applications using Next.js

Create reusable UI components with Tailwind CSS & Bootstrap

Enhance interactivity using jQuery (where required)

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design

Optimize applications for speed, SEO, and accessibility

Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs seamlessly

Convert UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code

Debug, test, and continuously improve frontend performance

Must Have:

Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Proficiency in Next.js

Solid experience with Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap

Working knowledge of jQuery

Strong understanding of responsive design principles

Familiarity with browser debugging and performance optimization

Ability to write clean, reusable, and scalable code

Experience working with APIs and dynamic data

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Familiarity with Git / version control

Nice to Have:

Experience with React.js ecosystem

Knowledge of SEO best practices

Experience with animations or UI libraries

Exposure to performance tools like Lighthouse or Web Vitals
