Creo Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is building a next-generation Vehicle Service App that connects car owners with trusted service partners. Our Brand, UI/UX, and interactive prototypes are being designed by Vetti Studio a professional design studio led by Design Director Milan Kodavala. Your role is to bring those stunning designs to life on the web.

Role Description

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Frontend Developer to convert Vetti Studio's high-fidelity UI designs into a pixel-perfect, responsive, and performant web application. You will be the critical bridge between design intent and engineering reality working closely with our design team, the backend team, and product stakeholders to deliver an exceptional web experience for both customers and service partners.

Key Responsibilities

UI Implementation: Convert Vetti Studio's high-fidelity Figma/prototype designs into production-ready, pixel-perfect web interfaces with zero compromise on design fidelity

Responsive Design: Ensure all interfaces are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile viewports

Component Development: Build a reusable, scalable React.js component library aligned with the UI component system delivered by the design team

API Integration: Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs provided by the backend team handle data fetching, caching, loading states, and error boundaries cleanly

Performance Optimisation: Ensure fast load times and smooth interactions through code splitting, lazy loading, image optimisation, and Web Vitals improvements

Cross-Browser Compatibility: Test and ensure consistent rendering across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on all major operating systems

Design Collaboration: Work directly with Milan Kodavala's team to clarify design specifications, validate implementations against prototypes, and participate in design QA reviews

Version Control & CI/CD: Follow Git-based workflows, raise clean pull requests, and participate in code reviews

Accessibility: Implement WCAG-compliant accessible interfaces (AA standard minimum)

Qualifications

35 years of professional frontend development experience

Expert-level proficiency in React.js (hooks, context, state management)

Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Experience working directly from Figma or similar design tool specifications

Hands-on experience with REST API and GraphQL integration

Proficiency with responsive design and CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS preferred)

Understanding of web performance optimisation techniques

Experience with cross-browser testing and compatibility fixes

PREFERRED / GOOD TO HAVE

Preferred / Good to have Skills

Experience with state management libraries: Redux / Zustand / React Query

Exposure to TypeScript

Experience with animation libraries: Framer Motion / GSAP

Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)

Prior experience working with a professional UI/UX design team
