Define standards for shell/app coordination, shared libraries, routing, and runtime integrations.
Design and implement mechanisms for shared state management, version control, and safe rollout of microfrontends
Collaborate with Platform teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines and observability.
Work with stakeholders across Product, Design, and Content to ensure consistent user experience.
Represent frontend technical leadership across cross-functional projects.
