5-7 years of professional software engineering experience with a frontend-leaning focus, including shipping and supporting production customer-facing applications.
TypeScript (required) with strong experience building modern UIs using React (web) and React Native.
Must Have technologies
Android production experience in Kotlin with:
Jetpack Compose
MVVM, Coroutines
Hilt/Dagger
Room DB

Experience integrating with REST services, including error handling, retries, and client-side performance considerations.
Familiarity with enterprise engineering practices:
Working within defined SDLC processes (planning, implementation, review, testing, release)
Clear written and verbal communication of status, risks, and dependencies
Comfort operating within coding standards, review gates, and quality checks
Demonstrated ability to clarify requirements, reduce ambiguity, and deliver reliably within team processes.
Practical experience using AI coding tools (specifically Windsurf) to accelerate development, with good judgment around verification and safe usage (Preferred)
