ResponsibilitiesBuild low-latency, high-performance UIs with optimized rendering, virtualized lists, and minimal re-renders.Integrate real-time data using WebSockets/SSE/gRPC-web, handle diff streams, backpressure, and graceful degradation.Work in modular monorepos / micro-frontend architectures and set performance SLAs (LCP, FID, interaction latency).Implement strong frontend security: CSP, anti-tampering, secure storage, token handling, fraud-resistant flows.Add observability: client-side metrics, latency logs, RUM, tracing (Sentry/Datadog/OpenTelemetry).Collaborate with backend, platform, and security teams; write design docs and reusable libraries.SkillsExpert in React/Next.js + TypeScript, deep understanding of rendering pipelines, concurrency, and event loops.Strong in state management (Redux Toolkit / Zustand / Recoil / RxJS).Experience with real-time data UIs, binary payloads (Protobuf/MessagePack), and snapshot-delta handling.Proficient in performance profiling, bundle optimization, hydration strategies, caching, and prefetching.Knowledge of fintech-grade security: OAuth2, PKCE, secure session flows, threat modelling.
