Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist located in Kuwait . The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the reception area, handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with inquiries. Additional responsibilities include coordinating front office operations, maintaining records, ensuring smooth communication flow, and delivering exemplary customer service on a daily basis , Candidate Need to be Experience of Opera Software.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Experience with Front Office operations and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
- Previous experience in a similar role and fluency in multiple languages (preferred)
