As a Front Office Associate, you are the fi rst and most important point of contact for our guests. You dont just manage a desk you shape fi rst impressions, daily comfort, and lasting memories.


What You Will Practically Do Every Day

  • Welcome guests and manage smooth check-ins and check-outs
  • Verify IDs and complete guest registrations accurately
  • Guide guests on rooms, hostel rules, facilities, and events
  • Handle guest queries with patience, warmth, and clarity
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams
  • Maintain basic records, billing entries, and system updates
  • Resolve minor guest concerns and escalate issues when needed
  • Keep the front desk organised, clean, and guest-ready

  • Candidates with 1-4 years of experience
  • Graduates from any background: BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BBM, BMS, BHM, Diploma in Hospitality, or equivalent
  • Experience in customer-facing roles:

Hotels, hostels, budget stays

Retail or front desk roles

Aviation / ground staff

Any service-oriented role

Good communication and the right attitude matter more than your degree.
