We are seeking a presentable, detail-oriented, and well-organized Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic office environment.

The position is suitable for candidates who are comfortable with on-site work at Mankkavu, Kozhikode, and who can reliably commute on a daily basis. Both experienced professionals and fresh graduates with the required skill set are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and coordinate visitors professionally
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Maintain front office records, schedules, and documentation
• Provide administrative and coordination support for daily operations
• Ensure a welcoming, organized, and professional front office environment
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth office functioning

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors Degree (mandatory)
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (advanced) and Google Sheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance with a polite and service-oriented approach
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently

Experience

• Prior experience in front office or administrative roles is an advantage
• Freshers with strong communication skills, system proficiency, and a professional attitude are welcome
