Position Summary:
We are looking for a courteous and professional Front Office Executive to handle guest check-ins,
check-outs, reservations, and ensure a smooth front desk operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
- Manage reservations, room allocations, and billing accurately.
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding services and facilities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate guest records, reports, and logs.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with hotel PMS systems.
- Well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
