Reporting To: Front Office Manager

Position Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

We are looking for a courteous and professional Front Office Executive to handle guest check-ins,

check-outs, reservations, and ensure a smooth front desk operation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
  • Manage reservations, room allocations, and billing accurately.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding services and facilities.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, reports, and logs.
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS systems.
  • Well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
