Role - Front Office Executive
Property: Taj Hotels
Experience: Minimum 13 years in luxury hotel or premium property
Height Requirement: M 511 & above | F 54 & above
Role Overview:
Provide a warm, professional, and seamless guest experience at the hotels front desk, ensuring every interaction reflects luxury service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check-in/check-out guests efficiently and courteously
- Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and hotel operations
- Assist guests with requests, complaints, and special services
- Ensure the front office area is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth operations
- Uphold professional grooming, appearance, and service standards
Requirements:
- M height 511 & above | F height 54 & above
- 13 years of experience in luxury hotel front office or premium property
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of PMS systems and reservation software is a plus
