About Hotel Z The Vertical Youll Join
Youll be joining Hotel Z , Zolos dedicated hospitality vertical, at Z Bliss, Mumbai , where every interaction is focused on creating exceptional guest experiences. This vertical oversees end-to-end hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and reservations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
As part of Hotel Z at Z Bliss, youll play a key role in welcoming guests, addressing their needs, and representing the brand on the floor. What You Will Practically Do Every Day

- Deliver a warm, professional, and friendly guest experience at all times
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and reservations
- Respond to phone and in-person queries regarding rooms and hotel services
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently and courteously
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness
- Allocate rooms based on availability, preferences, and special requests
- Follow billing instructions and company credit policies accurately
- Operate EPBX systems (incoming/outgoing calls, wake-up calls, DND, paging)
- Maintain front office and hotel logbooks diligently
- Adhere to safety, security, and guest verification procedures
- Support operations during high-occupancy periods
- Perform additional front office duties as required by management

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related fields
Must-Have Skills
Minimum 1 year experience in a front office / hospitality role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
Basic understanding of front office operations
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience in hotels, hostels, or managed living setups
Familiarity with EPBX systems and billing processes
