What This Role Is All About

As an Associate Front Office, you will be the face of Loop Hostels. Youll welcome guests, help them settle in, solve day-to-day queries, and ensure every guest leaves with a great memory.

This role is perfect for freshers or early-career candidates who enjoy meeting people, communicating confidently, and want to build a strong foundation in hospitality or customer experience.

What Youll Do

  • Welcome guests and manage smooth check-ins and check-outs
  • Verify IDs and complete registrations accurately
  • Guide guests on rooms, hostel rules, facilities, and events
  • Handle guest queries with patience and a positive attitude
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and operations for smooth daily functioning
  • Maintain basic records, billing entries, and simple system updates
  • Resolve small guest concerns and escalate when required
  • Keep the front desk clean, organised, and welcoming

  • A fresher or have up to 2 years of experience
  • From any background such as BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BHM, BBM, BMS, Diploma in Hospitality, or any graduation
  • Experienced in customer-facing roles like:
  • Hotels / Hostels / Budget stays
  • Retail or front desk roles
  • Aviation / ground staff
  • Any service-oriented role
  • Good communication and the right attitude matter more than your degree.
