As a Front Office Associate , you are the first and most important point of contact for our guests.

You dont just manage a desk you shape first impressions, daily comfort, and lasting memories .

What You Will Practically Do Every Day

• Welcome guests and manage smooth check-ins and check-outs
• Verify IDs and complete guest registrations accurately
• Guide guests on rooms, hostel rules, facilities, and events
• Handle guest queries with patience, warmth, and clarity
• Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams
• Maintain basic records, billing entries, and system updates
• Resolve minor guest concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Keep the front desk organised, clean, and guest-ready

Who Can Apply

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
• Graduates from any background:
• BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BBM, BMS, BHM, Diploma in Hospitality, or equivalent
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus:
• Hotels, hostels, budget stays
• Retail or front desk roles
• Aviation / ground staff
• Any service-oriented role
