SuccessFusion is hiring Front Office Associate for one of our clients operating a corporate fitness & wellness center located at a premium corporate premises in Goregaon, Mumbai.

Role: Front Office Assistant

Experience: 2 4 Years

Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Role Overview:-

The Front Office Assistant will manage the front desk operations of the fitness center and ensure a seamless and positive experience for members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage member registrations, check-ins, and access as per company policies

Assist members with queries related to memberships, classes, trainers, and schedules

Handle membership sales, renewals, and payment coordination

Maintain accurate records of memberships, bookings, and member details

Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for smooth daily operations

Manage studio/class bookings and session schedules

Respond to calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally

Support wellness programs, promotions, and engagement activities

Ensure reception and common areas remain organized and presentable

Required Skills:-

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service mindset

Basic computer & MS Office knowledge

Good coordination and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a member-facing environment

Preferred Experience:-

13 years in customer service, hospitality, or fitness industry

Prior experience in gyms, wellness centers, or corporate fitness facilities is an advantage

Work Details:-

Shift Timings:

6:00 AM 3:00 PM

2:00 PM 11:00 PM

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday (subject to change based on client requirement)
