Job Title : Front Office & Admin Support


Designation: Facility & Service Specialist


Location : Mumbai(Andheri)


Years of experience : 1-3 Years


Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) - Front Office & Admin Support


1. Guest & Vendor Management:

- Welcome of guests and vendors

- Coordinate with respective teams for guest requirements

2. Conference & Meeting Arrangements:

- Book and manage conference rooms

- Arrange food, tea, coffee, and refreshments for guests and meetings

- Ensure conference room cleanliness and amenities

3. Travel Arrangements:

- Handle travel bookings for guests, bosses, and leadership team

- Coordinate with transport team for pick-up and drop

4. Support Staff Management:

- Roster support staff for events and daily operations

- Ensure supplies and amenities on floor

5. Supplies & Logistics:

- Order and manage House Keeping, tea, coffee, stationary, and amenities

- Oversee requirements at RE office

6. Administrative Tasks:

- Process vendor invoices and payments

- Handle BB recharges, machine refills, and other office expenses

7. Office Maintenance:

- Ensure conference room and office cleanliness

- Oversee overall office arrangements

8.Updating Travel Tracker with all the travel expenses on monthly Basis
