Front-End Technical Support Engineer (5+ Years Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Front-End Technical Support Engineer with strong expertise in front-end technologies , relational and non-relational databases , and scripting (Python/Bash) . The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support for front-end applications, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless application performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for front-end applications in production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration problems.
• Write and maintain Python /Bash scripts for automation and debugging.
• Work with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB/Redis) databases for issue resolution.
• Analyze logs, monitor application health, and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams for bug fixes and enhancements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical/application support with a focus on front-end technologies.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks (React/Angular/Vue preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Python / Bash scripting .
• Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB/Redis) .
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
