Role: Front end- Service Engineer VFD (required)

Number of years of experience: having minimum 3 to 4 years of experience of service solutions in OEM / End user industry involving industrial automation products.

Base Location: Gurgaon

Qualification, Experience and Skills required:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or Diploma in Engineering with equivalent work experience.
• Hardcore Service experience, having minimum 3 to 4 years of experience of service solutions in OEM / End user industry involving industrial automation products ,
• Responsible for repairing of high rating VFD and other automation products.
• Responsible for replacement methodology to reduce machine breakdown time.
• Experience in AMC sales and monitoring.
• Self-starter with excellent customer interaction & Interpersonal skills necessary to foster positive long-term relationships with customers and the partners, system integrator, distributor.
• Power audit Knowledge
• Power analyzer and other power audit equipments operation knowledge

Job Responsibilities:

• Establishing spares management to reduce time.
• Repairing of SVG & VFD on component level.
• Power audit Knowledge
• Power analyzer and other power audit equipments operation knowledge
• Collecting information on competitor, policies activity in Industry to use for internal planning on communication strategy.
• Provide necessary service support to the partners, OEM, End users.
• Provide competitors product features, quality and price feedback to HQ/Product Management for improvement in making service faster.

Skill Set:

• The Service Engineer should have the expertise to analyze the exact requirements of customer.
• Ability to simultaneously handle several projects and self-manage priorities in competitive environment.
• Provide technical presentations to customer personnel as required.
• Should have working knowledge in various products.
• Good Techno- Commercial skill.
