Role Description

Lead the architectural design and development of large-scale React-based web applications.

Define front-end architecture, coding standards, best practices, and performance guidelines.

Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and backend architects to create scalable solutions.

Drive componentization, reusable libraries, design systems, and UI frameworks.

Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to design principles.

Optimize application performance, security, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Guide teams on modern React patterns (hooks, context, state management, server components, etc.).

Evaluate and integrate front-end tooling, build systems, bundlers, and CI/CD pipelines.

Mentor engineering teams; provide technical guidance and support in complex problem-solving.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging front-end technologies.
