JD:
•   Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js,
•   Experience with NextAuth, and Okta or similar.
•   Experience in state management using redux or similar.
•   Knowledge of Material UI and Tailwind CSS or similar.
•   Handson familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
