Front-End Developer - React

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer with expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks including React, Svelte. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing user-facing features, implementing responsive designs, and creating seamless digital workplace experiences that enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development

• Build responsive, mobile-first interfaces that work seamlessly across desktop, tablets, and mobile devices
• Implement front-end content creation features that enable users to dive straight into crafting stories, without having to navigate complex CMS structures
• Create dynamic user interfaces that support AI-powered content recommendations and personalized experiences

Technical Implementation

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Develop components using React, and Svelte frameworks
• Work with federated modules, leveraging Angular and TypeScript to produce better developer experiences using the latest micro-frontend technologies
• Implement RESTful API integrations and work with backend services
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web performance

User Experience & Design

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups and wireframes into functional interfaces
• Create intuitive social tools, dynamic groups, and recognition features that foster authentic connections across teams and locations
• Implement accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive digital experiences
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Write and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests
• Conduct code reviews and participate in quality assurance processes
• Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues across different browsers and devices
• Perform usability testing to ensure optimal user experience

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 3+ years of front-end development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
• Strong proficiency in React, Angular, and Svelte
• Expert-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with TypeScript for type-safe application development
• CSS preprocessors experience (Sass, LESS) and methodologies (BEM, OOCSS)
• Version control systems(Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Testing frameworks experience (Jest, Cypress, Jasmine, Mocha)

Enterprise Platform Experience

• Experience with enterprise content management systems and intranet platforms
• Understanding of employee experience platforms and digital workplace solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem integrations (Azure, SharePoint, Teams)
• Familiarity with SSO implementations and enterprise security standards

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for creating pixel-perfect web pages
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
