We are looking for a Front Desk & Volunteer Management Associate to manage front-office operations and oversee volunteer recruitment coordination across multiple clinical studies. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth volunteer flow while tracking, organizing, and reporting recruitment data so management has clear visibility into study-wise recruitment performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, walk-ins, calls, and appointment scheduling
  • Act as the primary point of contact for study volunteers and visitors
  • Coordinate volunteer scheduling and screening with recruiters and clinical teams
  • Monitor and consolidate recruitment data from multiple recruiters
  • Maintain study-wise recruitment trackers (screened, enrolled, screen failures, dropouts)
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports for management review
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with SOPs/GCP


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (Life Sciences / Healthcare / Administration preferred)
  • 25 years of experience in clinical research, healthcare coordination, or recruitment management
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Prior experience in clinical trial recruitment or volunteer management is a plus
