What youll do
- Greet & register patients (UHID/HIS), verify ID/TPA, issue tokens & receipts
- Manage appointments/OPD flow; triage walk-ins; communicate delays
- Handle calls, WhatsApp & Google enquiries; maintain basic logs
- Create OPD bills; collect cash/card/UPI; reconcile day-end
- Prepare/scan forms & prescriptions; coordinate with USG/IVF/OT/TPA/Pharmacy
- Basic emergency intake and doctor alert
Must-haves
- 12th Pass/Graduate; 13 yrs hospital/clinic front office
- Hindi & English; courteous, patient-first communication
- Punctual, well-groomed, calm under pressure
