Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Receptionist role located in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing the company with professionalism and courtesy. Daily responsibilities will include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting guests, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties to provide a courteous, organized, and professional front desk experience.
• Strong Clerical Skills, including the ability to manage records, schedule appointments, and maintain proper documentation.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and team members.
• Basic computer literacy with familiarity in office software and tools such as email and word processing applications.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and handle inquiries with a positive and professional attitude.
• Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates must be from Ahmedabad only.
