Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist, based in Bangalore. The Front Desk Receptionist will handle day-to-day responsibilities, including welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and performing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient front desk operations. Additionally, this role requires providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive and professional experience for clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and general Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills, including organizing records and managing appointments
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and colleagues
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain professionalism under pressure
• Previous experience in a receptionist or office management role is a plus
• Knowledge of workplace mental health programs or healthcare services is advantageous
