Role Description:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Video Editor to join our team at Dr. Dhruv Sharma, Faridabad. This is a full-time on-site role where youll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing video content for digital and social media platforms.
Your responsibilities will include editing video content, applying color grading, creating motion graphics, and enhancing visuals with graphic elements to align with our brands aesthetic and message.
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist with at least 1 year of experience and good computer knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain office files, records, and basic documentation
- Perform data entry and daily reporting tasks
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive
- Good knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, polite, and customer-focused personality
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
