Experience: Fresher / 2-3 years

• Welcoming patients with professionalism and warmth
• Managing appointments, calls, and front-desk operations
• Guiding patients through their visit and addressing basic queries
• Coordinating smoothly with doctors and clinical staff
• Maintaining front-desk records and basic administrative tasks
