• Managerequestforaudio-visualequipment
• Managerequestforcateringandrefreshments

HelpDesk

• Receive,co-ordinateandmonitorallrequestsforservicesandassistance
• Provideup-to-dateprogressofrequest
• Recordtheoutcomeandresponsetimetorequest

SwitchboardService

• Switchboardoperationtoreceiveandtransferallincomingcalls
• Assistresidentstaffwithgeneraltelephoneenquiries

PostalServices

• Receive,sortanddistributeincomingclientmailtothepostboxes
• Sortoutandpostclientoutgoingmail-needstobedeliveredbytheclientto receptionbefore4.30p.m
• RecordallpostintoCentrecharge

CourierServices

• Arrangecollectionofsmallpackagesanditemsofurgentmailforclients
• o RecordallitemsintoCentrechargeo Receiveincomingcourierdeliveriesforclients
• RecordfaxessendoutbytheclientandenterintoCentrecharge

Marketing/Sales

• Assistingwithsalesenquirieswherepossibleandpassingbackinformationtothe salesteam
• Assistinviewingbypresentingswitchboardcounseltopotentialclients
• AssistinsalespacksforBDM/SDs
