About Skinsure Clinic:
Skinsure Clinic is a leading dermatology and aesthetic center in Pune, known for evidence-based treatments and warm, professional care. Were looking for a Front Desk Manager who can bring organization, efficiency, and empathy to every patient interaction.
Responsibilities:- Manage patient greetings, calls, and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate between doctors, therapists, and support staff
- Oversee billing, data entry, and daily reports
- Maintain a calm, professional clinic atmosphere
- Uphold confidentiality and clinic standards
- Minimum 2 years experience in a clinic / salon / hospitality front-desk role
- Fluent in English & Marathi (Hindi preferred)
- Polished, punctual, and proactive
- Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools
- Salary: 20,000 + incentives (based on performance)
