Role Description

The Front Desk Host will be the face of the head office of Adira Homes - welcoming clients, guiding visitors, and ensuring the environment reflects company's ethos of elegance and precision.

Behind the scenes, you will also coordinate vital operational tasks that ensure smooth functioning at Adira Homes Head Office.

This role is perfect for someone having the warmth of a host, the eye for detail of a designer, and the efficiency of an operations professional.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client & Guest Experience

Warmly welcome clients and visitors, offering a sophiscated first impression aligned with Adira's brand values.

Ensure the reception and lounge area is immaculate, hospitable, and reflective of a luxury environment.

Assist in scheduling client appointments, coordinating with internal teams, and guiding clients to their meetings.

Operations Coordination

Manage daily office coordination including courier handling, vendor communication, and facility upkeep.

Support scheduling of internal and client meetings, maintaining calendars and ensuring timely updates.

Oversee the smooth flow of office supplies, refreshments, and amenities.

Assist senior management with administrative tasks as required.

Communication & Documentation

Maintain visitor logs, ensure security protocols and business confidentiality.

Answer and transfer calls professionally, handling queries with discretion.

Support documentation for meetings, MOMs, and operational reports as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate degree. Preferably in the field of Hospitality or Business Administration or related fields.

Prior experience in a client-facing / hospitality / administrative role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Computer operations and Office applications. DOEACC "A" Level Skills preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

Poised, well-groomed, and confident with a client-first mind-set.
