Job Description-

• Greet and welcome guests/visitors, manage visitor log, and coordinate access as per office/security process.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Manage meeting room bookings, calendars, and appointment scheduling; coordinate with internal teams for visitor readiness.
• Receive, sort, and distribute courier/mail; manage dispatches and maintain records as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure required stationery/materials are available.
• Provide basic administrative support (data entry, filing, document printing/scanning) and assist teams on operational requests
