Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly attitude.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding memberships, facilities, and services.
• Manage membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate records of members and update databases as needed.
• Process payments for memberships, personal training, and other services.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for fitness classes, personal training, and spa services.
• Monitor check-ins and ensure all members comply with club policies.
• Assist in promoting club events, programs, and special offers.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked with informational materials.
• Handle member complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with trainers, staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• 1 to 4 years in a front desk, customer service, or receptionist role (preferably in a health club, gym, spa, or hospitality industry).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and holidays.
