This is a full-time on-site Front Desk role located in Hyderabad. The Front Desk team member will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for managing reception desk activities. Tasks include greeting clients, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The role also involves ensuring efficient front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service. The individual will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience at our studio.

• Strong phone etiquette and proficiency in managing receptionist duties
• Excellent customer service skills to address client needs and inquiries effectively
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with scheduling software and office tools
• Organizational and multitasking skills to handle a busy working environment
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on creating positive client interactions
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles or reception is a plus
