Role Overview
We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to manage the reception and serve as the first
point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role requires strong coordination
skills, professional communication, and the ability to manage front-office operations, guest
handling, and basic administrative and attendance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, channel partners, and visitors
- Manage reception desk operations and ensure a professional front-office environment
- Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with internal teams for guest meetings
- Handle incoming calls, transfer calls, and manage general enquiries
- Maintain employee attendance records and daily attendance tracking
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for client meetings
- Coordinate courier, dispatch, and office supplies
- Maintain front-office records and basic administrative documentation
- Ensure reception and common areas are presentable at all times
- Assist with vendor visits, office deliveries, and internal coordination
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and teams when required
Requirements
- Graduated in any discipline
- 13 years of experience in front desk/reception/admin roles
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and attendance systems
- Organised, reliable, and service-oriented
