Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Communication
  • Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle walk-ins professionally.
  • Attend and route incoming calls, emails, and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper coordination with internal teams.
Administrative Support
  • Support day-to-day administrative and office management activities.
  • Maintain records, files, and basic documentation.
  • Assist in preparing letters, emails, and simple reports when required.
Office Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal departments for meetings, schedules, and office requirements.
  • Handle basic vendor coordination for office supplies and services.
  • Support HR and accounts teams with basic administrative tasks.
IT & Office Support
  • Coordinate with IT/support teams for basic office requirements.
  • Track office inventory such as stationery and consumables.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of front office and reception area.
General Responsibilities
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Follow company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Support management with assigned administrative tasks as needed.
Skills & Competencies
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality with professional front desk etiquette.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email).
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle routine administrative work.
Education
  • Graduate or equivalent (any discipline).
