Taking office rounds and ensuring the site is ready for the day.
Visitor Management – Handling of Visitors, directing them to the clients.
Handling reception calls –resolving the queries and transferring the calls to the respective persons .
Handling of Legal Letters / Persons / Calls – Updating all the legal letters and sending the scan copy to the respective persons as per the process.
Flower Arrangements – For reception area.
Cake / Bouquet Order – As per the employees request.
Courier Services – Handling the courier request and sending it as per the given instructions.
First Aid Box – Checking of all the medicines periodically and procuring the medicines as required.
Interview Arrangement – Helping the candidates to connect to the recruiters as per the interview scheduled.
On demand employees request for stationery / business cards / ID Badge .
Coordinating with the wellness team for the yoga instructors / sessions / classes.
Handling of Petty Cash
Handling HK  / Pantry Services 
Event Management as per the requests of the employees.
Vendor Invoice Processing (LinkedIn & JLL) & maintaining the trackers.
Stock Order for Pantry on weekly basis.
Inventory Management for HK & Pantry Items
Maintaining of Attendance for all support staff
New Joiners Seat allocation 
Serraview updating as per the actuals.
Coordinating with the accounts team for the vendor payments / PO renewals.
Financial Forecast & accruals for all the Linkedin Vendors.
PO creations for any additional services required in the site.
Handling of the plants / newspaper vendor.
On Demand  / Ad- hoc request from the employees.
