About the Role:

Phase 1: Field Sales & Business Fundamentals

Represent the organisation in direct field sales / customer acquisition

Develop communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

Understand consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and performance metrics

Learn how high-performing sales teams are built and managed

Phase 2: Team Leadership Development

Train and mentor new recruits

Support daily team planning, motivation, and performance tracking

Learn people management, coaching, and leadership fundamentals

Take responsibility for small teams and targetsPhase.

3: Management & BusinessOperations

Manage teams, campaigns, and client outcomes

Learn strategic planning, operations, and decision-making

Work closely with senior leadership on business growth initiatives

Prepare for long-term roles in management, consulting, or leadershipWho We're Looking For

Graduates / freshers from any discipline (Business, Marketing, Engineering, Arts, Science, etc.)

Final-year students are welcome
