We are hiring fresh graduates for a Customer Support role to handle customer queries through calls while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Location: Pune / Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office (Mandatory)

Shifts: 24/7 (Night shift required)

Education: Any Graduate (No PG / No B.Tech )

Role Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries professionally via calls

Understand customer concerns and provide timely solutions

Resolve issues with empathy and ownership

Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Willingness to work night shifts

Comfortable working from office

Customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
