Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida, Sector 62, for individuals who are beginning their professional careers. As a team member at Elation Visas, you will undertake a variety of tasks aimed at supporting our clients immigration needs. Daily tasks will include data collection, documentation review, assisting in the preparation of visa applications, providing customer support, and ensuring timely communication with clients. Candidates will be trained to deliver high-quality service while working closely with both clients and internal teams to address their immigration requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional client support.
• Detail-oriented skills with the ability to handle documentation and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Basic knowledge of customer relations and administrative processes related to immigration consultancy is a plus.

• Proficiency in using computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, and managing digital documentation.
• Bachelors degree in any field; a specialization in administration, law, or related areas is advantageous.
