Join our dynamic team as a Student Recruiter/ Counselor (US staffing) (Entry level) , where you will learn the fundamentals of US recruitment, interact with global talent, and gain hands-on experience in the staffing industry. We provide comprehensive training on US hiring processes, IT skills/terminologies, and recruitment toolsso prior experience is a bonus, not a barrier.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential IT candidates and guide them toward suitable career opportunities with our US-based clients.
  • Learn to source profiles using top job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial discussions, and understand candidates skills, experience, and job preferences.
  • Work closely with senior counsellors and account managers to support ongoing client needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized and updated candidate information in our internal systems.
  • Get trained on key US hiring concepts (W2, C2C, 1099, work authorizations, etc.) and apply them in daily tasks.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets related to sourcing and candidate engagement.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA HR / Bachelor's or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written.
  • Good understanding of sourcing or a passion to learn recruitment tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work in US shifts (CST).
  • Prior exposure to US staffing or recruitment (up to 1 year) is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
