Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresher - US IT Recruiter, located in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening potential candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining communication with candidates, and supporting the recruitment team. The recruiter will also need to work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process for US-based clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data analysis
• Foundational knowledge in Information Technology and Computer Science
• Proficiency in Technical Support and understanding of IT-related roles and needs
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to client requirements
• Willingness to work in US time zones
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred
• Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
